This Policy applies to: (i) our websites and pages we operate (the “Websites”); (ii) our emails and other communications; and (iii) information you provide to us offline (e.g., phone or email).

Username, password, preferences, course progress, certificates, comments or forum posts, help requests, and communications with us.

When you use the Websites, we may automatically collect: IP address; device identifiers; browser type; language; operating system; referring/exit pages; timestamps; pages viewed; links clicked; time on page; and similar diagnostic or interaction data.

We use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Services, remember preferences, analyze usage, personalize content/ads, and measure campaigns. See Section 7 (Cookies & Analytics).
G. Third-Party Sources
We may receive information about you from service providers (e.g., email marketing, learning platform, payment processor), analytics/ads partners, affiliates/referrers, and social networks when you interact with our pages or connect accounts.
H. Affiliate & Referral
If you arrive via an affiliate/referral link and provide Contact Information (e.g., to purchase or opt in), we may notify the referring partner that a referral occurred so they can honor any bonus/promise they offered.
We do not intentionally collect “sensitive” personal information (e.g., health data, precise geolocation, government IDs). Please do not submit such data.
3) How We Use Information

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking Unsubscribe in our emails or contacting [email protected]. We may still send transactional or service-related messages (e.g., purchase confirmations, policy notices).

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No system is 100% secure. Transmission of data via the Internet is at your own risk.
10) Retention
We retain personal information as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data category and purpose.

B. U.S. State Privacy Rights (e.g., CA, CO, CT, VA, UT)
Depending on your state, you may have rights to know/access, correct, delete, data portability, and to opt out of certain processing (e.g., “selling,” “sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising,” or “targeted advertising”). We do not sell personal information for money. We may engage in practices that could be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some state laws (e.g., using advertising cookies).

Verification. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent; we may require proof of authorization.

If you are in the EEA/UK/Switzerland, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. 12) International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your data may be processed in countries (including the U.S.) that may not provide the same level of protection as your home jurisdiction. Where required, we use recognized safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers. If we later participate in the EU-U.S./UK-U.S./Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, we will update this Policy accordingly.
13) Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
14) Do Not Track
Your browser may offer a “Do Not Track” setting. There is no industry consensus on how to respond. At this time, we do not respond to DNT signals. We honor legally required Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where applicable to “sale/share/targeted advertising” opt-outs.
15) Third-Party Sites
Our Websites may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Policy.
